It has been over 30 years since I graduated from medical school and devoted myself to clinical practices. Donguibogam and Sasang medicine were two classic pillars of Oriental Medicine studies that I based my practices on.

After the first 10 years of my practice, I began exploring other newly developed treatments. from which I came to learn about the muscle theory (MPS, Myofascial Pain Symptom), also known as the Trigger Point model.

Based on the muscle theory, I found ways of treating certain illnesses using bio-electromagnetic waves, the lights emitted from the body, also known as bio-photons. I applied this knowledge to the acupuncture points as well as trigger points, and the result was surprisingly effective. Years of research and clinical trials led me to develop a medical device called Chims Band, with which I was able to treat various illnesses that I previously felt limited by using the conventional treatment.

From more than 20 years of my clinical appliance of Chims Band, I am certain that the use of bio-electriomagnetic waves combined with the theory of acupuncture points will complement the existing chemical-based treatment in modern medicine. Through joint researches between western and eastern medical practitioners for over 20 years, the effectiveness of Chims Band has been well documented and verified. Chims Band is a non-drug, non-invasive, painless treatment, and anyone without medical knowledge can easily learn to use it.
