How to Self-diagnose

You can find acupuncture points, tender points, sensitive skin points, and other points related with your pain by pressing the skin with your fingers.

01. Use pressure

Place your finger on the area where you think the pain is, and press down firmly to identify the area of pain. When you feel a muscle or bone ligament at the tip of your finger, gently rub the affected area to narrow down the pain area.

02. Roll & Pinch

Grab the skin lightly using your thumb and index finger (about 5 cm apart), and rub between the fingers to find the pain area. This diagnostic method is used for diagnosing post-herpetic neuralgia, skin hypersensitivity, or symptoms with no apparent abnormality such as tingling, hot, crawling sensations or numbness in parts of the body.
