Irritable Colitis - Constipation, Diarrhea, Baby Diarrhea

Constipation, diarrhea, or baby diarrhea that occur after drinking milk, breast milk, or alcohol or after eating spicy food

Cause

It is a symptom (myofascial pain syndrome) caused by abnormal activities of the large intestine or stomach due to tension in the rectus abdominis and oblique muscles of the abdomen. Remedies for constipation and diarrhea are applied.

Self-diagnosis

Push out your stomach purposefully, and feel the muscles with your fingers by pressing the sides of the abdomen (rectus abdominis) with a strong force of around 4kg. Gently rub the muscles to find the painful area.

Treatment

If you identify the pain area, it means light is emitted from this area. You can use Chims treatment to reflect the light back to the body.

Recommendation

The treatment is more effective if the patient also combines muscle-stretching exercises and massaging of the painful area.

The rectus abdominis and obliques are areas affected by stress. People who are more sensitive than others or are vulnerable to a stressful environment are prone to experience irritable colitis. If this description suits you, it is highly recommended to check out the Neurological Disease in the menu and treat other diseases simultaneously.
