Rhinitis - Allergic, Chronic Rhinitis, Sinusitis, Nosebleeds, Dry Nose

Self-Diagnosis

1. Hold sternocleidomastoid muscles with your thumb and index finger and rub. Be sure not to hold only the outer skin. Hold tightly and press hard.

2. Press strongly the cheekbone area around the nose as a center. Feel the bone at the tip of your fingers and gently rub to locate the painful area.

Recommendation

Sternocleidomastoid muscle is highly affected by stress. People who are more sensitive than others or are vulnerable to a stressful environment are prone to experience neurological disorders. If the patient has neurological diseases like depression or insomnia, or panic disorder, it is strongly recommended to check out the Neurological Disease in the menu and treat other diseases simultaneously.

In many cases, rhinitis disappears when neurological diseases are treated.

Rhinitis tends to get worse in the morning because the neck muscles remain tense during the sleep. It is from a poor quality of sleep.
