Cause

It is caused by tension in the abdominal oblique muscles or the pain in the pubic bone around the uterus or bladder.


Self-diagnosis 

01. Push out your stomach purposefully, and feel the muscles with your fingers by pressing the areas shown in the image with a strong force. Gently rub the muscles to find the painful area.

02. Gently press the pubic bone area around the uterus (marked in yellow in the image).
