Cause

It is a symptom in response to stress or fatigue due to tension in the skin or muscles constituting the jaw (myofascial pain syndrome), or abnormal acupuncture points.


Self-diagnosis 

Pinch or press the area as indicated in the photo to locate the area of pain.


Treatment

Recommendation

The tongue muscles and its skin are vulnerable to stress. If the patient has neurological diseases like depression or insomnia, or panic disorder, it is strongly recommended to check out the Neurological Disease in the menu and treat other diseases simultaneously.
