Headache

Headaches caused by muscle tension, often accompanying eye strain.

Cause

It is caused by the symptoms in response to the tension in the neck muscles (sternocleidomastoid muscles).

Self-Diagnosis

Hold sternocleidomastoid muscles with your thumb and index finger and rub. Be sure not to hold only the outer skin. Hold tightly and press hard.

Treatment

Recommendation

Sternocleidomastoid muscle is highly affected by stress. It is recommended for people with sensitive personalities or those who are usually exposed to stress, that is, those who have neurological symptoms such as sleep disturbance, anxiety, or restlessness, or those who wake up with severe eye strain in the morning. (refer to the neurological section)

* The reason the patient feels tired after waking up in the morning is that the quality of sleep is poor and the strain on the neck muscles worsens eye diseases
